SHIPPING

• All packages will be shipped within one working day, after received clear payment.
• We use priority mail via Bg-Post. If you prefer other company, please contact us.
• All items are shipped within 1 business day or same day if paid by 1pm GMT.
• Shipping time depends on your location. Usually 3 to 10 working days for EU countries and 5 to 20 working days for NON-EU countries.
• We are not responsible for any delays.
• The shipping charges varieties on the weight of the package (TARE Weight 0.05kg). Please check our shipping rate table.
• All packages are insured and with tracking number.

PAYMENT

• We accept cash on delivery ( only for Bulgaria ) and PayPal.
• Paypal does not accept BGN. Please change the currency before attempting checkout.
• All payments must be made within 5 working days.

Program " Loyalty Discount "

• To get a discount under the "Loyalty Discount", you need to make purchases worth at least € 50 in the last quarter.

• Discount does not apply on promotional products.

RETURN

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 7 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels.
• We will not accept returns on underwear/lingerie due to hygienic reasons.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
• Please note that the shipping charges are not refundable.
